Terms of Service

HPOS by Brady Ward Training · Last updated October 13, 2026

These terms cover your use of HPOS, a training and coaching app run by Brady Ward Training (Lexington, Virginia). By using HPOS you agree to them.

Accounts

Accounts are by invitation. Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it. Any fees for coaching are agreed separately with Brady Ward Training.

Not medical advice

HPOS gives fitness and training guidance. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose or treat anything. Talk to a doctor before starting or changing an exercise program, especially if the health screen (PAR-Q+) flags anything, or if you have an injury, a condition, or are pregnant. Stop and get help if you feel pain, dizziness, chest pain or shortness of breath.

Training is your choice and your responsibility

Exercise carries a risk of injury. You decide what you do, how hard you push, and where you train. Use good form, safe equipment and a spotter where sensible, and follow the rules of your gym.

The AI coach

Parts of HPOS, including the coach chat and program suggestions, are produced by an AI model. It can make mistakes. Use your judgement, and ask a qualified person when something doesn’t seem right. Brady Ward Training can review the coach’s work, but does not watch every message as it happens.

Your data

You own your training data. We use it only as described in the Privacy Policy.

Fair use

Don’t misuse HPOS: no attempts to access other people’s accounts or data, to break or overload the app, or to use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and changes

HPOS is provided as is. We work to keep it running and accurate but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or end features. If these terms change, we’ll update the date above and tell you in the app if the change matters.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, Brady Ward Training is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injuries that come from how you choose to train. Nothing here limits rights you have that can’t be limited by law.

Ending your account

You can stop using HPOS at any time and ask us to delete your account at bradywardtraining@gmail.com.
