HPOS by Brady Ward Training · Last updated October 13, 2026

HPOS is a training and coaching app run by Brady Ward Training (Lexington, Virginia). This page explains what we collect, why, who helps us run the app, and how you can get your data removed.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address and sign-in information.
  • Your profile: what you tell us at sign-up and later — goals, training experience, schedule, equipment, injuries or limitations, movements you won’t do, health-screen answers, date of birth, sex, units and timezone.
  • Your training: workouts, sets, test results, check-ins (for example readiness, soreness, sleep) and notes you log.
  • Coach chat: the messages you exchange with the in-app coach.
  • Connected devices (only if you connect one): data from Google Health — for example sleep, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, weight and body composition, steps, workouts and nutrition totals.

How we use it

Only to coach you: to build and adjust your training program, track your progress, compare your results with published performance standards, and answer you in the coach chat. Brady Ward Training (the owner) can see client accounts to answer questions and review safety flags. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers below.

Who helps us run the app

  • Supabase stores the app’s database.
  • Vercel hosts the app.
  • Anthropic provides the AI model behind the coach. When the coach reads your data or answers you, the relevant data is sent to Anthropic to produce the reply.
  • Google provides your connected Google Health data, only after you approve it.

These providers process data on our behalf to run the app.

Google Health data

HPOS’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google Health data only to provide your coaching inside HPOS, we never sell it or use it for advertising, and people don’t read it except with your permission, for security, or where the law requires. HPOS only reads this data; it never writes to your Google account. You can disconnect at any time from your Google Account’s third-party access settings.

Keeping and deleting your data

Your training history is kept while your account is open, because long-term progress is the point of the app. To get a copy of your data, or to have your account and data deleted, email bradywardtraining@gmail.com. We’ll respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections, each client can only reach their own records, and secrets stay on the server. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Children

HPOS is for adults. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must arrange your account with Brady Ward Training.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date above and tell you in the app if the change matters. Questions: bradywardtraining@gmail.com.
